As long as your order hasn't already been processed, we'll do our best to cancel your order.
If you have already received a tracking number and see a "Label Created" status, this means your order has been picked, packed, and is now just waiting to hop on the carrier’s delivery adventure along with other packages!
At this stage, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order, however, we can assist with a return.
